Village Pointe South – Phase II

InfraStructure provided structural engineering services for a 27,000 square foot two-story retail shopping and commercial center at the Village Pointe Shopping Mall subdivision in Omaha, NE. The building features unique sloped “chopstick” columns which support the roof overhang in a large corner of the building. The upper level also provides 6,500 square feet of Class A office space in addition to an exterior balcony.
