InfraStructure, LLC provided structural design for a 30,000 SqFt. two-story school addition adjacent to the existing building on two sides. The addition included new classrooms, a multi-purpose room, a gym, stage, elevator, and storage space. A portion of the addition was below grade as the site slopes fairly severely across the addition. Construction consisted of concrete walls and typical structural steel framing. The second level was structural steel with composite concrete deck and the roof was steel joists and metal deck.
