Shelby-Rising City High School Addition

Shelby, NE

This project involved a significant series of additions to an existing school facility. The additions included a 53,000 SqFt. high school gymnasium with locker rooms, circulation spaces, practice mezzanine, and classrooms. Also included was a 5,500 SqFt. shop area and a 2,000 SqFt. maintenance building. New mechanical units were supported on supplementary framing over existing roofs. Other structures included a grandstand press box and storage area.
