Indian Creek One Office Building

InfraStructure, LLC, provided engineering design services for a 65,000 SqFt. three-story office building. The building was a steel framed system with concrete on metal deck floors, shallow footings, and interior slabs on grade. The walls were primarily steel studs on the exterior, with concrete or CMU stair and elevator shafts. The project included an outdoor patio on the upper level and a cantilevered deck. A portion of the lower floor was open parking.
