InfraStructure provided full-service structural engineering services for a large complex for the Lexus brand of vehicles. This high-end car dealership encompasses approximately 35,000 square feet of two-story building space. It includes a spacious showroom, service drive, new car delivery area, offices, an outdoor green roof, and customer enrichment areas. The complex also included a large precast service building with parking level and ramp on the top of the building, as well as a car wash building set into the side of a hill. This feature project serves as the flagship dealership for Lexus in the Omaha area.
