Iowa Western Community College – Ashley Hall Vestibule

This 6,000 SqFt. addition to the Ashley Nursing Hall at Iowa Western Community College consisted of a two-story addition which included a new grand lobby with curved balcony, circulation space, and a new stair and elevator. Structural renovations within the existing building included removal and infill of an existing elevator shaft, plus new bariatric lifts hung from existing precast floor structure. New surgical training equipment such as lights and boom arms were also hung from existing floor structure which required new structural steel hanging assemblies.
