Bradford Square Retirement Community

Bradford Square is a 180,000 square foot, three-story independent living community located on the western coast of Florida.  Located in an extremely popular retirement destination, Bradford Square provides a nearly full-service retirement community with pool, a theater, dining hall, fitness center, full kitchen, pharmacy, as well as over 100 living units.  Being along the Florida coast, the project was designed for significant hurricane wind loads.  Only a couple years after its construction, Hurricane Irma directly struck Naples, FL with measured wind gusts over 135 mph.  No structural damage occurred to the Bradford Square facility after withstanding hours of wind speeds over 100 mph, a proud moment for the design team!
