This mixed-use building is a two-story, 10,500 square foot space along a popular urban corridor in Omaha, NE. It was designed and detailed to feature a lower-level commercial space partially below-grade within a hill-side, with the back walls of the building constructed with reinforced cast-in-place concrete. The upper level features three apartments constructed out of typical wood-framed construction, each with a balcony overlooking the neighborhood.
