Analysis of damaged pedestrian bridge to recommend temporary emergency repair and temporary/restricted use.   Bridge structure sustained significant damage due to impact by vehicle driving under the bridge.  Permanent repair required replacement of major bridge components which could not be scheduled for several months.

Overland Outfitters Roof Collapse Investigation, Omaha, NE
Investigation of roof collapse due to snow/ice loading.  This structure was located in the Old Market area of Omaha and hence the primary structural elements were 75-100 years old.  A demolition plan was devised and a new roof was designed that minimized the time impact to the business while preserving the historic look of the structure.
