This $32 million dollar, 140,000 square foot office building is being built in Port of Dubuque. The four story office building will house many operations for McGraw-Hill’s Higher Education Division.

Denison Middle School, Denison, IA
This 79,000 SF school will accommodate up to 600 students.

Saddle Creek Records, Omaha, NE
Saddle Creek is a 56,000 square foot multi-purpose building in downtown Omaha, NE. The facility houses office and warehouse space, a movie theater, concert hall, bar, and two apartments.

NP Dodge Office Building, Omaha, NE
Dodge Plaza consists of 76,000 ft2 of leasable office space in west Omaha. The building is of a contemporary design articulated with white precast panels and sleek blue glass.  The four-story building is comprised of precast concrete, curtain wall window and a composite metal panel system. In addition to the four floors of commercial space, the building also includes heated underground parking.  The nearly 15,000 ft2 of white precast concrete is finished with an acid etch wash.  The precast pieces consist of column covers, spandrels, wall panels and architectural columns supporting radius spandrel panels.  There were 95 total precast pieces on this project.

Des Peres Medical Arts Pavilion II, Des Peres, MO
The building is 2 stories and 50,000 SF and will house an Ambulatory Surgery Center.  The facility will be connected to the existing Des Peres Medical Arts Pavilion I, which is in turn connected to Des Peres Hospital.

Monsanto Data Center, St. Louis, MO
This 40,000 SF, $21million dollar facility will be attached to the Creve Coeur Research building. It will be a data facility in conjunction with seed and farming research.

Conservatory at Celebration Place, Celebration, FL
The Conservatory at Celebration place is a 6 story, 178,000 SF, office condominium building. The building is designed for LEED Platinum Certification, meaning that it is a Green Building, and one of only 23 in the world to gain this certification.

Bardmoor Medical Office Building II, Largo, FL
This medical office building is a three-story steel frame and architectural precast structure built adjacent to the existing Bardmoor Outpatient Center.  The new space houses hospital diagnostic space, physician offices and a large Cardiology Group.  There is 27,000 SF of 6 in. thick precast wall and spandrel panels finished with a light, medium sandblast. Total construction cost (including renovation of current office space) was estimated at $13 million.

Highwoods Preserve – Building 7, Tampa, FL
This is one of six buildings composing Highwoods Preserve, which is a prestigious building corporate campus encompassing 1.8 million square feet.  Highwoods Preserve Building VII is an 115,000 SF, four-story steel frame and architectural precast cladding office building.  The building consists of 24,000 SF of architectural precast.  The 297 precast pieces consist of spandrels, column covers and wall panels with a medium sandblast.

Collier County Courthouse Annex, Naples, FL
This is a seven-story 134,000 SF annex to the existing Collier County Courthouse and will allow the Collier County government to keep pace with its fast-growing judicial system.  The new building will house the Clerk of Courts and other non-judicial offices currently in the courthouse, so the present building may hold nothing but courtrooms and support staff offices.  Estimated construction costs for the project exceed $54 million.  The project includes 455 total architectural precast pieces with 216 pieces cast with an out-of-plane radius.  There is medium sandblast finish on the 65,000 SF of 6 in. thick colored precast concrete.

Cypress Bay Executive Center, Tampa, FL

Creighton University Parking Structure(s), Omaha, NE
Erection and shop drawings for two new multi-level parking structures.  Brick faced components included arched fascia panels and arched entry/stair towers.

Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences, Orlando, FL
Erection and shop drawings for new three story medical office building.  Components included conventional architectural precast cladding and curved spandrel beams.  Cladding was finished with a light sandblast.

Nebraska Furniture Mart Column Wraps, Omaha, NE
